Monster Hunter 3 Online Group

If you guys want to play, instead of posting here just go to the chatbox. The chatbox should be an indication to others who stop by that you want to play/chat.

Meh, Ludroth set. Barroth is the way to go (for beginners), Marathon Runner ftw.

Coincidentally, I just finished fighting him. I fucking hate and love that bitch. Hate because I main hammer, and that just isn't the best weapon for him. And love just because he is so damn fun to fight, and so cool looking.

Sup bro, welcome to the Wii Network! We have a special Vent Server, so you can use your computer for voice chat.

I'd play with you online, but at the moment, my wii is offline.

Also, even if your Mic used a USB, it wouldn't matter, because wii uses a special mic called "WiiSpeak". You have to pay for it separately, and it only works for Wii. (Kinda a waste of money, since nobody uses it) If you have a USB keyboard, that will work for the wii (It's what everyone uses anyway)

Also... you can change armor colors? That's pretty rad! I have a loooong ass way to go... cause I only just beat Gobul and damn he was tough. I'm almost afraid of the flying wyvern bosses... I'm almost dreading Rathalos... Actually scratch that... ANYTHING ending in 'los.

Hey Tae, welcome to the wii network. You should make an introduction in the introduction section if you want to properly introduce yourself to us. And yeah, not having wii speak is not a problem, most of us don't have one so we either use the wii network chatbox or go on vent or something. USB keyboard is handy though, I have one of those. I'll add your ID to the list, just make sure you go to the chatbox whenever you wanna play and if someone else with MH3 is there i'm sure you'll get a chance to play. Also, it doesn't matter which server, usually we just warp to each other, which can be done from anywhere. Anyways, hopefully you'll be playing with us soon, we have a lot of fun =P

EDIT: Oh and, sorry for the crappy quote system we have right now, it's currently broken and we don't have a way to fix it right now. And about vent, we have tutorials on how to download, set it up, and get on the server in the help section. However, you really don't have to use it if you don't want to, we are usually chatting in the chatbox as well.

Yeah... I have no idea what any of the info I need to get onto the group's Vent server. I need the uh...
1: The name of the server. This can be anything you want.
2: The servers hostname or IP address.
3: The servers port number.
4: The servers password (if required).
That's what the FAQ wants from me to get on XD

They seriously buffed Rathalos. He's super easy in all the other games, but when you fight this Rathalos you're wondering "when did he het steroids?"

Yeah, Shokio has had Monster Hunter 3 for so long, he got the Japanese version like last year. And even if he did have the american version, his friend list would be full cuz of how many people we already plays games with.

And to Tae, like I said, Go to the HELP AND SUPPORT section of the forum and click Wii Network Ventrilo Server Setup Instructions. There's THREE tutorials there, all will tell you everything you need, but that particular one will tell you all the server info. If you have any further questions about it please PM Me or BlackSabbath370.

Am I the only one who loves Barroth? He is so fun to fight (with hammer)

Working on getting full Barroth armor, just need 1 more fertile mud...

I got this really cool Skull Mask, that adapts to the attributes of whatever armor you are wearing. The coolest thing, is if you change your armor color, you can wear a red skull. It looks very bad ass.

I hate Barroth, fought him too many times. So I made a weapon out of him and killed him with it. Best insult ever. Also I have full barroth armor.
