wii video streaming sevice?!

ive read about it and it sounds cool does anyone know if their is a release date?

ok link i went this website to look up new stuff on wii when i saw a video streaming sevice so i looked it up nintendo in japan partnered up with this company call famistu they called it the wii no ma channel or wii movie center something like that and so u could watch tv show for wii points then i heard paramount (u no the company that makes movies) would do this too but wait till the channel is made search it up on wikipedia wow wat a mouth full

I've heard of this a while back. I heard it's gonna be like a living room inside the Wii, sort of a enchanced Mii Plaza.

I heard it was Japan only. I don't think Nintendo will release it in America.

That sounds cool, even if it's Japan only its still a cool idea that they could bring over sometime.

The Channel you read about is WiiNoMa, a Video on Demand service from Nintendo. The service is free, it has cartoons, cooking shows, brain training shows, nature shows, and others. The WiiNoMa menu is a virtual living room with a tv (watch videos) tree (Ads) and a table (for the Mii's to sit and chat) and a door (actors Mii's can walk into your virtual living room and show you a trailer for there new movie after that you rate the trailer by bad, good, great.) Also there's a free version for the DSi called DokoDemoWiiNoMa, you can download videos from your Wii to your DSi (SD memory or system memory) plus you can get coupons on your DSi (you get a coupon for a free cheeseburger go to burger king open up your DSi and get your burger) Nintendo said they would test it in Japan first if it was popular they would release it everywhere else, it was really popular over there so it may be released this holiday or next year.

I may not use it much (I'm not much of a "watching T.V. guy"), but that sounds wicked! I wonder if they'll put a YouTube channel for just plain YouTube, instead of having to go into the Internet Browser and not being able to watch full screen.

I would like it to stream and give you extra content if you buy anime based game like tats vs capcom,naruto,sakura wars and to run away with my whaat if the give you extra content based on the games you buy (porn if you bought no more heros lol)

What you're talking about is Wii No Ma. I would love to have that service, but it's a shame that NOA doesn't want it.
