I am indeed disappointed that this is no longer a Wii exclusive, but it's not worth crying over. I'll still support it, regardless.

But that's when the disappointement ends and the laughters begins. Look at the IGN thread regarding the news and you'll see that many Wii owners are outraged about this. Looks like we're going to get our first Wii game that will actually receive a petition demanding that the game remains Wii exclusive.

Yeah, but people who own only PS3s can't play MH3, where as people who have Wiis still can play The Grinder.

Well if you look at HVS's history, I don't think anyone will get hyped or even buy The Grinder.
I'm looking at you, TCON.

...I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS SHIT!!! this crap ruined my night! now not only does the wii lose a valuable exclusive, the wii version is gonna get the shaft compaired to the others, the game itself is gonna lose its value and be labeled a L4D clone even worst now, AND the whole point of the games development will lose its meanin!

360/ps3 fantards are gonna come down on wii owners HARD when when its compaired to the graphically and online superior versions...AND the hope of gettin multi console owners to buy a good wii game for once are slim to none now...i saw atleast 40 people in the comments say "WELP! now i can just get this on the 360 now. don't have to get a wii for this anymore." NOW THIS GAME IS GONNA GET EVEN LESS SALES THAN IT MAY HAVE!!! THUS SUPPORTIN THE IDIOTS WHO BELIEVE A GOOD 3RD PARTY GAME CAN'T SELL ON THE WII!!!

...no...NO! THIS IS NOWHERE NEAR THE SAME LEVEL OF IMPACT! the ps3 has NOTHIN to prove where as the wii is CONSTANTLY looked at as a 2nd rate console this gen. the ps3 can MORE than afford to lose a AAA exclusive like MH3, but the grinder was made to make a point...and this BULLSHIT decision COMPLETELY destroys it.

Seriously mate? To be honest, it never seemed like worth news flipping out over. Partially because The Conduit was never a good game.

i dont think this will be very good as a multi platform game. especialy on the 360 and PC where it will have to compete against left 4 dead 1 and 2, also i think on the 360 it will go down as an average first person shooter.

o noez mah valuable exclusivezzzz

we're still getting monster hunter, fragile, arc rise fantasia, tales of graces, red steel 2, and the likes. plus your precious little grinder's got nothing compared to its big brothers like left 4 dead or those other shooters.

for all i know, this game will flop pretty hard after all the heat they gave the conduit

I dont think the Grinder will make much success after what happened to the Conduit.

It's rare that a 3rd party game will make success on the wii.

well now that its all said and done...to HELL with high voltage, they lost all my respect now. in all honesty i only bought conduit cause i wanted to support a dev that WANTED to make a game that felt nextgen on the wii. i HATE FPSs with a passion(minus a handful), but i was able to atleast appreciate the game and understood its flaws cause i recognized the fact that HV was completely self funded, used a NOT FINISHED engine to make the game, AND lacked a publisher for 80% of the conduits development...and i still have fun with the game online. they got my respect simply cause i appreciated the meanin behind the conduit...but now they lost it with this move.

but ya know...you guys are right. this is the year of the wii, and we have WAY too many AAA exclusives commin for me to sob over a FPS clone made by a backwater C level dev.
