Heavy Rain

The game is absolutely fantastic, my friend has it and we've been playing it at his house and we would usually switch characters (I would be Ethan and Jayden; he would be Scott and Madison). We beat it and we know who the killer is, if you want to know, then here who the killer is (but if you don't want to know, then don't even look!) :

I was just as surprised, too. Though we got the good ending (one with . . . Wait! Spoilers. Not telling the rest; just the Origami Killer - just to be a dick)
