Ok now i dont know if this is all true cause i fouind it on and yahoo answers page but it looks fin so here all the legerndarys spots.


You can get both Ho-oh and Lugia in Heartgold. To get Ho-oh in Heartgold, sometime in the story you will get the Clear Bell and Rainbow Wing. After you get the Rainbow Wing, go to the top of the Bell Tower and Ho-oh will be there. For Lugia in Heartgold, go to Pewter City in Kanto and a man will give you a Silver Wing. Go to to Whirl Islands and you wll find Lugia in there.
To get the dogs, you go to Ecruteak City and after beating the gym, go to the Burned Tower. You will see the dogs down below. Go down to the. Then Raikou and Entei will start running around Johto. To get Suicune, first go to the northern part of Cianwood City. Then it will run to the entrance of Mt. Mortar on Route 42. After that, it will go to Kanto, which you will need to beat the Pokemon League to get to. When you finally get to Kanto, go to Vermilion City. You will find it n the water by the harbor. It will then go to Route 14 and you will find it on the water again. Then, after you beat the gym in Cerulean City, you will be able to battle Suicune on Route 25 by Bill's house.
To get Mewtwo and the birds, after you get all the badges in Johto and Kanto, you can find them in Kanto. To get Articuno, find it in the Seafoam Islands. For Moltres, find it in Mt. Silver. Zapdos is outside of the Power Plant. Mewtwo is in the Cerulean Cave
For Kyogre, Groudon and Rayquaza, you can only get Kyogre in Heartgold and Groudon in Soulsilver. Once you get every badge in both regions, and defeated Red, go to Prof. Oak and he will give you an orb depending on what version you get (Blue Orb of Heartgold, Red Orb for Soulsilver). Then you can find it in the Embedded Tower on Route 47. After you find yours and have a friend that with the opposite version of what you have, ask your friend if you can borrow his Kyogre/Groudon. Then take the one you got from your friend and show it to Oak. He will give you the Jade Orb. Go back to where you caught Kyogre/Groudon. Rayquaza will be there
Mew and Celebi are only given out in events

Do you realize how easy is it is to catch all them?
All you need are Dusk Balls (for both stationary and runners), Quick Balls (for runners), and Timer Balls (for stationary).
