Signature.....? Empty Signature.....?

Why can't I see my Signature? I have "Always enable Signature" Checked in the Prefrences, yet my Signature doesn't show up....Did you like disable them or something?

Mine is not working I have Sean Matsuda from Street Fighter 3 on mine but it's animated I tried the Signature.....? but it still isn't working.
