Man I`m so happy now, well Shokio might be right, this could be the year of the wii! I mean Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, No more heroes 2, zelda wii, Mario galaxy 2, monster hunter 3, tales of graces, arc rise fantasia and on and on!!

exclusives, not exclusives...doesn't matter. the wii is gettin mad AAA games this year from 3rd parties. 4...count em...4 BIG RPG's, one from mistwalker, two from monolith studios, AND a flagship tales game, not to mention what some call the "holy trinity" mario, metroid, and zelda...maybe not zelda though. how is this NOT the year of the wii? besides a handful of ps3/360 games, i can't think of anything thats gonna out do the wii's line up...METROID OTHER M FOR GAME OF THE YEAR BABY!!!

That`s an RPG, similar to Final Fantasy (A similar Battle mode) and it has Animé graphics, looks pretty good, I`m 100 % getting it!
What do you mean, year of the games? You mean year of the wii games/exclusives?

The Wii isn't the only platform getting great games. The PC and the 360 will be getting Mass Effect 2; 360 will be getting Halo Reach; PC will be getting Black Mesa Project; PSP will be getting Birth By Sleep; DS will be getting Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth; PS3 and 360 will be getting Final Fantasy 13 and Dante's Inferno, PC, PS3, and 360 will be getting BioShock 2, PS3 will be getting ModNation Racers, Heavy Rain: The Origami Killer, God of War 3, Gran Turismo 5, White Knight Chronicles; and Wii will be getting Tales of Graces, Legend of Zelda Wii, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Metroid: Other M, as well as many more great games.

So yeah, this year will be the year of games.

I think you didn`t quite understand Shokio`s point. He said it`s maybe going to be the year of the wii, because there will be many great EXCLUSIVES not multi-plats on the wii, he was talking about the consoles and not all games, it`s the exclusives that show a consoles power, and actually until the first console came out you could say it`s the year of the games.

I understand shokios point, but the point i'm making is my own point. My point is that Wii exclusives isn't the only thing happening in games. Wii exclusives is small compared to the large amount of quality games coming out this year.

Well nobody said that there aren`t any other quality games coming, but I just don`t get why it would be game of the year, as I said actually all gaming year could be "year of the games".
