How strong are NES games?

ok so i stumbled across this vid today http://www.destructoid.com/nes-are-built-tough-here-s-video-proof-160043.phtml its pretty amazing.

Nintendo makes sure everything is strong enough to survive. Even a gameboy color that went to war!

wow leave it to nintendo for that kind of durability

I've seen that legendary gameboy. It had tetris melted into it. And the AI was playing the game.

i never had a ninty console that broke. people told me the gc broke a lot but mine was in perfect condition some people kill one of their buttons some how. But mine not even a scratch lol

The only Nintendo console of mine that broke was the DS, and that was actually because the day care I went to kinda had this "you bring it, you share it" rule...

Day Care? lol, well anyways, the ds and ds lite both broke on me.

It still works fine.

well my first wii broke because my little brother tugged on the gc controler while I had it plug in. It was on top of my dresser and the hit my chair in slow motion but other than that my gameboy dint break but I lost them.

Nintendo had an nearly perfect history of duarable consoles, the only possible exception was the Nintendo Entertainment System and even then some lasted a long time.

My 1st Wii took around 10 drops (Blame epic Brawl matches with my buds) for the disc drive to break.
My DSLite was snapped in half by this bratty kid while I was at school.
My 1st Gamecube broke because someone put a baby wipe in the disc tray.
My NES just randomly died a few years ago.

I dropped my DSi 4x on a hard floor. No scratches, breaks, or anything.
My DSPhat has a bazillion scratches on the top. Works fine.

Now if I dropped my Xbox once.......

You wanna know what i just realized, this topic is about the nes GAMES, not the system.

The nes did have a tiny problem that stopped it from working BUT i remember watching a video and its a really simple fix its like a loos screw or something lol

Mine got dusty, same for my games, and then they all stopped working.
