Heavy Rain Demo
Just played the heavy rain demo and thought to post a topic about it on peoples thoughts on the game.
I think its interesting how you play it as a movie cut sequence and how deep the story is....

Man,i think this game is boring.
It's more of a movie than a game. All you do is press button's and watch a cutscene.Definitly not my kind of game.

The start looks kind of boring but the scene i have played where your are a agent looking for the killer from a recent crime scene that is taking place and a FBI going to see a escort for questioning and finds out that her child is also victim of the origami killer.
All ready seems interesting and that was just a demo.
I see what people are saying with the controls but it gets you more involved with the game and the story.
Plus the game suppose to have 7 alternate endings which depends on how you play the game and decisions that are made while playing.

Seven endings? From what I hear, there are around twenty.I_am_ainz wrote:Static man2 wrote:Arbiteris#2 wrote:Man,i think this game is boring.

I enjoyed the demo quite a bit. Heavy Rain is not the best game to demo because it relies heavily on story and the impact of your decisions. A demo would not be able to show you much of the story, nor would it be able to show you the impact of your decisions. But overall I liked it. The first scene was pretty fun and exciting. The second was a bit boring, but again, I'd like it more if I knew the story better.

Of course. I would have bought this game regardless of whether or not there was a demo out.I_am_ainz wrote:TheRighteousFascist wrote:I don't think the demo should dissuade you.Arbiteris#2 wrote:Man,i think this game is boring.
