I don't think it's a rumor. If they're in screenshots of the game, chances are they're in the game.

It would be cool if they appeared. Then they will be the only characters from Street Fighter 3 (Besides the ones that have been in every other game)

Yes but these are three more characters been anounced, people new they will be 8 characters which include T-Hawk, Dee Jay, Cody, Agon, Juri. i just posted up the last three charcters. Which are buki, Makoto and Dudley
