im getting a ps3 soon guys

could someone tell me some games i should try out on the system?

inFAMOUS recently underwent a price drop, so it's around $40 now. It's a fantastic game. The free running is great, the missions are unique, the story is good, and you get into some awesome battles. The game is difficult, though, at least for me, but I think it's the best PS3 exclusive out so far.

I hear Tekken 6 wasn't very good. Then again, White Knight Chronicles got mediocre reviews, and I think that game is fantastic, one of the best I've played on the PS3.

Speaking of WKC, you should try that out as well. It came out in early February, so it's still around $60 (I saw GameFly had it for $43, but I think you have to rent it first). It's basically a JRPG with a deep character customization, great combat that is a unique blend of turn-based and real-time combat. And the best part: co-op gameplay. You can go online with a few friends and quest together. Awesome game, it really is. It's way underrated. Anyone who has played the game can tell you that.

sounds good. i like the co-op part

Infamous(my goty 2009)
Unchared 2 (so u can play with me and sab)
LBP(awesome level design tool)

The Resistance games are pretty good. And they're the only good FPSs exclusive to the PS3.

Cool. You might wanna hold off on FFXIII until then if you were planning on buying it. Unless you don't mind swapping discs.

The lack of Ratchet & Clank is disturbing...

and also heavy rain. that game looks cool.

I didn't like Killzone 2 at all. It was a beautiful game, but no fun for me.

Metal Gear Solid 4, Valkyria Chronicles, Afrika, Heavy Rain, MAG, Demon's Souls, Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice, Cross Edge, WKC, Star Ocean, and a few others I can't think of right now. Killzone 2 sucks, only good is multiplayer which is only fun if you have nothing better to do.
