new nintendo cart patent. DS2?

i saw this and i hope it is for a DS2. tell me what you think.

I dont really see the difference,plus,isnt it kinda dangerous that a part of the cartridge is poking out out the slot

looks like an action replay to me.

Perhaps it could be a new DS card that can hold more to it allowing for larger games.
