Based on the assumption that you want constructive criticism.

I think you're a bad public speaker. Not abnormal, but I am like that as well in front of a computer. You need to act like you are ready to make a speak.
You also make mad hand gestures which many people might find annoying.

It seems like you get nervous in front of the camera but don't worry, you get used to it (obviously)

Yea, I'm sure I'll improve.
