Will Gta ever be on the wii?

I heard rumors about a GTA game coming on the wii, its true that Nintendo wants the Wii to have more adult-oriented content than the GameCube did. The gamecube had some M-rated games such as Killer 7 and Resident Evil 4. So what do you guys think about a GTA on the wii?

Well they have The Godfather and GTA Chinatown Wars so GTA on the Wii seems pretty likely.

Yeah but it was just an example. Wii has some good M rated games as well.

Well, Nintendo has had GTA in the past so again, it is likely.

um maybe because there's one on ds and madworld has worse violence so there might be one on wii, i hope so because i like grand theft auto

Theres a 50/50 chance for a GTA game on wii.

I don't want a GTA I want that unfinished version of Saints Row that was being worked on for the Wii. sure GTA would be nice but if I had a choice, it would be Saints Row.

Oh fuck man. I loved Saints Row 2. It was so funny. If Saints Row is anything like 2, at least in the comedy part, then yes fuck GTA. I want Saints Row.

I don't think THQ is going to finish up the un-released Wii version of Saints Row 1. There were some concept art and 3d models released around the web for it but that was about it. THQ did talk about it recently but I hope they do go ahead and finish it.

Why can't you compare them? The Godfather is a TOTAL GTA clone except that it's set in 1940s New York. Anyway, considering that GTA is on the DS, and The Godfather proves that GTA's type of gameplay would work wonderfully on the Wii, there's no doubt in my mind that the Wii will get a GTA in the future.

i think it will be but itll be a difrent version because aiming on the other GTA sucks (i think anyway) and they would have to change the entire game up to implement wii mote so i think itll end up a different version just for wii

Scarface was also on the wii, It's supposed to be better than the godfather.

NO WAY, is Scarface better than Godfather! Graphically, maybe but when it comes to the core gameplay if wreaking havock, not at all. You cant hurt innocent ppl in Scarface so that stops it from being as "bad" as a GTA game would be.

I've never played either games, I was just saying I heard it was better, but I've never played them.

Its cool As I said earlier, there are a few things that Scarface does better. You can also put that on the fact that Scarface came out a few months after Godfather (more polish time). The graphics in Scarface are as good as the PC game and apparently "the PC version of everything is always better". The only thing that slightly turns me off from Scarface is that the combat system isn't as motion controlled as Godfather (which does an excellent job in the motion arena) and the fact that you cant be very troublesome.

You can push police chiefs into ovens and push prostitutes off of bridges in The Godfather; instant and epic win.
