wii hd should it be made

here's where you get to discuss the wii hd and whether it should be made

woops i said it should but den again dat would mean havin too buy new one. hey does the new black version of wii have hd ???

I'm not 100% sure if they should do this. They should definitely update it with the things mandatory like Blue-Ray and a graphics engine, but Nintendo has always lost whenever they focus too much on the console itself. An example being the N64 and GC.

i said not HD just yet, wii is doing fine, the world hasn't got full throttle on HD yet, not for another 3 more years then we can get into the HD Wars.. im just saying whats right for business at this point lol.. not doing HD today is the right thing to do to make money.

I say they should give it another 4-6 years before they release a new console, but i do look forward to HD Metroid lolz

I do not want an Wii HD. Nintendo pulled the same thing with the Nintendo DS, but the difference was that it was going for four and a half years, so it made some sense. However, consoles do not need an upgrade, what they need is good games and the Nintendo Wii is doing just fine.

I do not want Nintendo to give in to the crowds and announce an Wii HD. I would be furious at Nintendo, which means I will have to skip on the PS3 just so I can upgrade my Wii.

What we need is a new console. Console aren't handhelds.
