When you think of online in a video game, you think of Xbox Live, or maybe PSN. I rarley think of wii. i mean its online, is more like the PS2 online, in that online play is a game to game basis. while it does have a centralized system, i dont want to type in a 12 didgit code for EACH GAME.nintnedo needs to fix this next system, but im not in any hurry. i was always more of a single player guy, so no rush. im going to be busy with Metroid Prime: Trilogy >_< post your opinion.

The sad thing is, Nintendo doesn't care much for online, because the casual gamer doesn't care much for online gaming. It would be nice to see at least a decent online someday.

They ARE fixing the friend codes. You only need their main Wii code in order to add them code free on future games/GH5

I'm an all around gamer and I don't care about online that much. I have friends that can come over anytime and play games.

Hell, I'm a hardcore gamer, and I don't give a rat's ass about online. Sure, online's great, and I love going on wifi with The Conduit, Battle Revolution, and Brawl, but I honestly don't give a damn about it; if your game's only redeeming quality is its online play, then you haven't made a very good game. Games in the 80s and 90s were awesome but (for the most part in the 90s) lacked online play; why is it suddenly a requirement to have online for a game to be good? It's not, and if you say it is, then you're a noob.

I have to agree. I have to say, though... Even though I love The Conduit, it only really sells for its online feature. Many people, including me, find the campaign subpar. Just saying that a game could be fun just by being focused mainly on online play, but that doesn't suddenly require all games to have online features.

Oh, on Nintendo's next console they should make a Super Mario MMORPG! Make your own character like a goomba or a koopa and chose if you're on Bowser's side or Mario's side! And complete customizing, like many skills!

I can dream stuff that'll never happen DX
