there seemed to be a misinformation the first time this was announced, but hey at least ubisoft's doing fine on wii. some people say the misinformation is a plotted bias against the wii - paranoia much? who knows...

I have 1 thing to say something about Ubisoft.

Thats so fucking true. For 2 years ago Ubisoft published crap game after crap game, but lately they have released a couple of cool titles (such as AC2, i know it aint on the wii though). I know many are looking forward to Redsteel 2, and if the game is just half as good as the trailers, i think it can sell over 1 million.

Since looking at the comments, Kotaku has a bad reputation for "Wii-Lovers". But, I will agree some Wii games Ubisoft have mad were shovelware. But, after that "announcement" by Ubisoft, they'll make better games that appeal to "Hardcore" players (even though Raving Rabbids did also appeal to "hardcore" Rayman fans too).

I do to, but I can't stand some games they made (that are Shovelware) on the Wii. Far Cry Vengeance being the most horrible one they ever put out for the Wii. Red Steel was a better version of Far Cry Vengeance, but was never responsive.

but literally EVERY action game is repetitive. thats why i didn't care for god of war and madworld so much. but if i gotta constantly kill the same respawnin enemies over and over again, i'd rather do it with a great atmosphere, great and out of the norm plot...and DEFINETLY 1:1 sword/gun action. NMH2 and RS2 are gonna make me a happy gamer come 2010.

Because, i grew up with no one to play games with for the most part, so i always wanted someone to play with and i rarely get a chance to play with my friends(local) so online is a plus for me, but if a game doesn't have online, i may still support it, just as long as the story mode is long and satisfying.

I grew up with no online either, but I enjoy the story in games a lot more because I want to create one of those stories some day when I work with a developer. I already have a few ideas in mind.

The only game I'm really psyched for online is Bioshock 2 because it fuses story and multiplayer together with the downfall of Rapture. That's the online I've always wanted in a game.

ubisoft are an awesome company, they studied the wii's fanbase quite well to make the games sell

It's a relief to hear that a western publisher doesn't hate the Wii. Looks like it's time I start supporting them, they seem to care about Nintendo's consoles.

Yeah, it seems like they are really trying. their name just needs to be better known

ubisoft is a great company and they look like the care and put quality titles out thank goodness ^^
