It was a pretty good game, and Hvs or SEGA said they were happy with the sales. They also said that they'd like to work on a sequel. And they're already working on The Grinder, which improves on the quantum 3 engine and the gameplay elements of The Conduit.

There ill be destructible environments no doubt look at grinder if their engine is able to implement it in grinder conduit will have it as they build off the same technology

Most likely, and so far the grinder has destructable vehicles and other things. Which is great.

A sequel to the conduit has NOT been confirmed. and nothing new has been said about the grinder

According to wikipedia,HVS said they might not make a sequel because the conduit didnt sell very well.It sayst hey still havnt decided yet(they original planned on making a sequel before launch)
