NEW SONIC 2-D GAME!!!! NO LIE!!!

Now just today I went to gamespot and I found out that there is a new sonic game 2-D game,It's looks really cool.You can see sonic as just a blue blur but at the very end you can see an outline of the original sonic pose of the first sonic game.So this game is being worked on by Needlemouse and the game is currently called "Project Needlemouse"It's supposed to come out in 2010.Here is the link to watch the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qOjYfzc6Mqw&feature=channel_page

dude, no one cares if its 2-D. it will probably still suck, or be average at best, like all sonic games this decade. dont get your hopes up.
also, if the 360/ps3 version of unleashed was SOO better than the wii one, because of the "Hedehog Engine", then why did they scrap it for a 2d game???

cause everyone want sonic to go fast again, have you not heard everyone saying they want sonic to go fast? unleashed was fast paced(no werehog levels) now hopefully sega dosn't screw this up or project needlemouse

i liked all of the 3-d sonic games i don't know why they get such a bad reputataion apart from the shitty "drawn" cut scene crap lyek wtf

i like the idea of 2d, despite that i hate sonic games with a passion (thanks sonicfags *sigh*). and i bet anything that sonic team will pull a dick move and make this game crap. but don't take my word for it

Sega is just following Mario. When Mario went 3D, Sonic did. When Mario is going back to 2D, Sonic is.

Sega has to keep up with Mario as they are still competing (and literally in 3 games) for best mascot.
