Rate the Signature Above You

This is basically a thread where you rate the signature banner of the person above you out of ten. So the next poster would rate mine (which I made myself). And the third poster would rate the signature banner of the second poster, and so on and so forth. Here are some rules:

1. You cannot rate the person who just rated you (ex. "a,b,a" is not allowed, but "a,b,c,a" is okay)
   
2. The exception to Rule #1 is if you have a new sig or if no one has responded in a day or two.
   
3. You are allowed to rate the signatures above the one above you, as well as the one above you, just don't go crazy and rate five sigs at a time. Three seems like a good maximum.
   
4. Please do not rate a signature unless you have one of your own. Signatures must be a custom image. PSN or XBL cards do not count.
   
5. This isn't as much a rule as it is a suggestion. Give reasons why you gave the score you did, and tell people what you didn't like about their signature, what you did like, etc. Please limit yourself to constructive criticism.
   
6. If you've already rated the signature before you, feel free to scroll up and rate any of the signatures before that. Please address the person whose signature you are rating if you do this.
   
7. You may ask people to rate signatures in your post (ex. please rate this signature: [insert pic here]). The following poster may rate both the picture in the signature and the one that was requested to be rated.

If we could get a mod to help enforce these rules better, that'd be wonderful.

I got a new sig . . . made it myself, too.

10/10 because it's Samus in her Zero Suit.

It's very hard to "rate the sig above you" when it's the same people talking back and forth, so no matter what it'll be the same sig that gets rated...

You get a 7.5/10. Not a fan of the text. Anywho, yea, if people are going back and forth it's hard to rate, but I'll put in a few rules.

Haha, you could have rated Fayt's. I don't know why you didn't.

It was already rated as far as I knew.

Did you rate it already? If you rated it already, feel free to skip it and rate the one above it, or even the one before that. But if someone else rated it already, that doesn't mean you can't.

Pretty good , Could have added effects around render and use a font that stands out more or change the colour also fill in the empty space.

Underneath the gun the empty space that could have been filled in with effects not a repeated background ,

And Bland? Meaning lack of effects or wut.

It just feels like no emotion.

I didn't use an effect because the background already looks like water so it's like it's falling into it
