The 3* Urgent (online) Quest?

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SHIT!!!!

Well I am stuck on Barroth Quest in Singleplayer. My weapon isn't sharp enough to cut him.

I recomend you go to arena mode and learn his attack patern. After arena mode 4 or 5 times for me, I decided to take him on on my file offline and I got him on my first try! I was using a War Hammer+, full jaggi armor upgraded to level 3, and I got him in about 15 minutes. (with Cha-cha of course).

I also recomend bringing a shock trap and a pitfall trap, they will come in handy. Bring lots of mega potions, normal potions, Paint balls, and hell, even herbs!

When he rages (smoke blowing out his nose) stay the fuck away from him, if you're wearing Rhonoplos armor, his mud attack won't leave the mud status on you, which can be very helpful.

I though he was the funnest fight in the game so far. Just absolutly stunning.

I already slayed him and captured him,I used pitfall traps lol.

Just slayed this fucker right here.

I don't mean to gloat, but I suck underwater, but I played it safe, (Though I lost him a few times D:) and BAM, he's dead.

How's everyone else going? Anyone know how to get Mega DemonDrug? I want to make a Barroth hammer, but I don't know how to get this stuff...

EDIT: Alright, I figured out how to make Mega DemonDrug, all I need is a pale extract form Giginox.

I've been trying to get full Gigginox Armor but I can't get a damn Fearsome Maw to save my life. Now I want Qurupeco Armor+.

I call Giggoinox 'Dark Khezu'. Because that's what he pretty much is, a poisonous Khezu.

On MH Wiki, It said I had to do the [Advanced] Fort Gigginox Quest and break his face and belly, and when the Quest was finished, I should get it. Sorta like Elder Dragon Blood. But I can only get it if I do a quest that has a Subquest that says "Break his face and belly"

I just got done GRIIIIIIIIINDing for Barroth equips.

Freaking hate underwater combat. It sucks, and is the only thing keeping me from getting the Lagiacrus set.

A tip: Never, EVER, mix armor sets. When you have a full set, it will activate specific skills, like Evade (decreases your own hit box during a dodge), Sharpness, etc. When you mix, you won't get any skills from your armor.

Ohhhhhhh, that's why it seems like I was losing crap when I bought Ludroth legs with my full Jaggi. Crap, wish I would have known that sooner. Guess im gonna have to work on getting full Ludroth =S

Also, when you get halfway through 5* offline, you can change the color of your armor. So instead of a yellow Ludroth set, you could have a white or blue Ludroth set, and you can change the color whenever you want.

Awesome. I'll keep that in mind...

I now have Assault Axe+, which is pretty bad ass. Also I found out Switch Axes are gunblades.
