Thoughts on PSP GO

PSP GO looks good but i have loads of UMDS and i wont be able to play them

PSP GO? That some new version or something?

i like the design.

I personally dont like it. Im just gonna stick with my PSP 1000

they should add something, where you can download umd games you already have to the go. it DEFINATLY wont happen, but heres hoping

PSP GO is a big rip off. They're selling it for 250 dollars when it is cheaper to build then the PSP 3000. I say stick to the 3000 until a price drop.

psp go looks stupid as hell

i like the design but it cant play umds and i dont even use my PSP alot i only use it to play DBZ with my friends

There is no reason to get an Playstation Portable GO! I have reasons to despite the system even thought I have never played a PSP previously. The sad part? I actually wanted one when I first saw it in my PSM magazine when I had an PS2. Anyway, here is WHY you should skip on this and buy an Nintendo DSi instead, a far superior product:

1. It does not support UMD. It's only downloadable. Anyone who would be crazy enough to buy an Playstation Portable GO! will be disappointed if they don't have online.

2. Very few games interest me. I will admit, there are a few good games for the system, but that's not enough to keep me satisfied.

3. The price. It's ridiculously high! Think the Nintendo DSi is bad? At least it's under $200. The Playstation Portable cost $250, fifty more dollars then the Nintendo Wii and only fifty dollars less then the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. This is my main gripe with it.

It's like the Xbox 360, only that the Xbox 360 is actually decent. The Playstation Portable is easily the worst console/handheld of this generation and the PSP GO! just made it worse. I recommend this one to nobody, especially with the price tag being so high.
