Is the Xbox 360 just a remodel of a PC with a different Contorller?

I know that many people say the the Wii is a cheap PS2 dressed up like a mac, but could you say the same thing about the Xbox 360? After all, a majority of it's AAA games were originally made for PC, but were then ported to the 360 (Half-Life 2, Mirrors Edge, Mass Effect, etc.) So does that mean that 360 is just a PC with a different controller?

I'd say yes, except that PCs don't tend to kill themselves...

i said yes because it feels like a pc, the freaking system is louder then the pc lol

360 does use a modified version of Windows XP so yes.

Well it does use Windows XP, I believe the PS3 uses something based around Linux and I heard rumors that the Wii used Linux too.

The PS3 is way more like a PC than the 360. Hell the ps3 is a computer.

the 360 is a pc along with ps3 we never said the ps3 wasnt but the 360 has pc games witch makes it more of a pc. so if you have a gaming computer you wont get much outta the 360 .

If you guys say you think it is a remodel at least say why, and saying it has common games on the PC isn't really that supportive...

I know that I really don't play my 360 that much anymore after I brought my Wii up to my room.
