1. NES
2. PS2
3. Wii
4. PS1
5. Either Dreamcast or Xbox

i think there list was pertty good. sorry but the wii does not deserve top 5.

nope srry. it might be innovative but it took the 3 years to get it right. as long as the nes is first i think the list is fine how it is

1. Dreamcast
2.NES
3.Wii
4. Sega Genesis
5.Super Nintendo.

I agree with the list except that the ps3 is behind the original xbox! WTF

Well My list would have been

1.PS2
2.NES
3.Xbox
4.PS1
5. Atari

Playstation 2 is the most successful system all time in my opinion. fastest to sell over 100 copies. And Xbox started Xbox Live which revolutionized video games.

Wii isnt top 5 in my opinion but I think should be higher then Xbox 360

i wasnt into older play stations and the original xbox wasnt that good i donno one of the only consoles i completely opt ouut on

l luv how the NES beat's all... but it was predictable that console is always number one for the same reason and it get's really boring and predictable after a while

7th gen was left out specifically cause i dont rate systems until the next gen also to prevent a flame war although i doubt it'd happen here

Nothing beats the NES. It saved gaming as we know it, changed how games are, and even brought us Mario, Link and Samus.

Even if you don't like Nintendo, you can't deny that there would be no Playstation or Xbox without the NES; the NES is what saved the video game industry after the video game crash of '82 (yes, I'm a nerd for knowing that). Just like I have endless respect for the greatness of the PS2 even though I hate Sony and I respect the Xbox's near perfection of online play even though I hate Microsoft's console division, one MUST respect the NES for saving the industry despite any hatred for Nintendo.

Dont really care for the list but when the 360 is ranked higher than the n64 and the ps 1... its full of shit lol...

No doubt; N64 was the kick ass system to use cartridges. It was hardcore.

Ho the hell did the 360 rank higher than the Wii and PS3? The top 5 should of been in this order IMO.

I seriously don't think you guys know how this list was picked. -.- It's picked by the time they came out, what they did, and how innovated they were. It's based on what they had at the time and how they used it.

Didn't the NES have the Power glove which used some-what motion Controls.

That was for the system, but it wasn't the system like how the Wiimote is the system. The NES wasn't built around motion controls so it doesn't count.
