The Conduit Wii Review

I can't tell u enough how many hours ive spent in this game leveling up in multiplayer, completing the story mode and playing with friends. Greatest wii game? I think so!

Story:
You play as Mr. Ford a guy that works for the president that has been caught up between a conflict with an alien force called the drudge and the trust, a shadowy government agentcy. Though the story is very cliche, i enjoyed it a bunch. Idk why people didnt find it interesting. I cant wait to see what happens in conduit 2!

Graphics:
The Graphics are one of the best on the wii. Though some objects and hallways lack detail the graphics are excellent and run at a stable framerate.

Gameplay:
Though single player gameplay is a bit linear, i dont mind and had a blast mowing down aliens! Multiplayer and controls is where it shine. U can littleraly customize any setting you want, from the Hud display to the sensitivity to the dead box. The Multiplayer is great. The ranking system makes you coming back every day. Ive spent 40+ hours into it and reached rank 22 out of 24. I love the weapons, the maps, and everything else

Major thing to point out:
-The Glitches in multiplayer push down the score from being a 9.5
-Do Not listen to biased reviewers like Gamespot That gave it a 6.5! They all compare it to 360 and ps3 games!

Theres no question to buy this game or not. U NEEEED to have this game if you own a wii!

Nice review, I give it a 9.0 too. It saddens me that people rate this game 7.0ish. Fanboys are always using that argument. The good reviews that this game got were:

IGN
Classic Game Room
and Kwing.

Oh, and of course yours! Screw the other biased reviews.

ThanX! Yea i was seriously disapointed with all the biased reviews. like Gamespot! they Scored it a freakin 6.5! WTF

WHAT!? I thought they just scored the story 6.5. And that alone was still messed up!

Not a perfect game but good for the what the Wii can do. =)

I have to be honest. This game had so much hype that people were allowed to bash it as soon as it came out. The game has bland backgrounds, takes slow to start playing online , glitches. But to be honest it was High Voltages first ever go at a first person shooter and to me I think they did well. The game isnt selling too well tho... The graphics are nice for the Wii and thats why so many people like this game.

overall I think that if they do make a sequal to this game then it will be much better with destructble enviroments etc and better levels.

I give it a solid 8.0 - Decent online , Ok storymode but a good package altogether!!

I don't know, I thought it was standard for everything to have a "brown" colored hud design with destroyed buildings, tunnels that go on, and open areas in FPS.

FANBOYS OF CONDUIT wake up..
the level designs are bland and boring . no water levels or any decent out side maps.

I love the conduit but somtimes you have to be honest to your self mann....

great review, and i also agree with brawltri, some levels are kinda bland, but its good for a first try at a fps

It just needed more levels with open areas. As far as Tunnels go I think Tcon did awesome. And who doesn't love the "Homeland" level?

im sorry but, this game got boring after a week, and frustrating. Too many hackers, spammers, glitches etc. So, i might trade it in

i agree they're the only reviewers that weren't biased arseholes

Yeah and Classic game room plays FPSs from all consoles

yea game spot so biased against wii games but yours is good little to giving i say 8.5 but still close

whats wrong with The Conduit's Level Design. It has a retro fell to it. Why is that a bad thing? I don't care what anyone says. Prefect Dark (N64) is my favorite Fps of all time and The Conduit reminds me of that game. I also give the Conduit a 9/10. Also, to the guy who wrote the review great stuff man !
